 In January 2020, like many others, I began taking COVID precautions seriously. As a nurse and an expectant mom—eight months pregnant with our third daughter—I was determined to find natural ways to keep my family healthy during such uncertain times.

My husband and I, both essential workers, didn’t get a single day off, and the weight of it all pushed me to search for immune-boosting remedies. I started with elderberry syrup, making it by hand for our kids. When I saw how well it worked, I dug deeper and discovered sea moss—and it changed everything.

After making my first batch of sea moss gel, I gave a spoonful to my grandmother, who suffers from COPD. She quickly noticed relief from her usual symptoms like mucus and constant coughing. That moment lit a fire in me.

I started creating sea moss gummies for my kids and others who struggled with the gel's texture—and to my surprise, they loved them! By the end of 2020, I was hand-delivering what I began calling my “healthy goodies” to family and friends. Their encouragement over the last five years turned my hobby into a full-blown passion.
